It’s not that more have grown due to the plucking, it’s just part of the aging process. Think about it. There would be a lot less bald men if all you had to do was pluck one hair to have 10 more grow in its place.

Many of us can’t start our day without a morning cup of coffee. But, did you know the caffeine in coffee may actually help prevent skin cancer?

Prelimary animal studies suggest yes caffeine may have photoprotective chemicals in it. In the journal of Investigative dermatology, 2009 Feb 26 (http://dx.doi.org/10.1038/jid.2008.435) studies indeed point to caffeine as having a chemopreventive agent against the adverse effects of UV radiation.

How long does sunscreen last?

My first response is fairly simple, your sunscreen should not last very long if you are using the appropriate amount of sunscreen and have incorporated it into your daily routine. Generally, you need about an ounce of sunscreen to cover the areas of the body that will be exposed to the sun. You’ll need more on days that you’ll be wearing less clothing, like going to the beach. Based on an ounce a day, you should run out of sunscreen before it expires.

I was glad they called instead of not using the prescription without telling me.
